Privacy

Last updated 22 August 2026.

The short version. You do not need an account to use ZenMeet, so we do not ask for your name or email. What we hold is what someone typed into a link: the name of the meeting, the names people gave themselves, and the times they marked.

We do not sell anything to anyone, we run no advertising, and we do not track you across other websites.

Who we are

ZenMeet is operated by WiseGroup Digital LLC, [REGISTERED ADDRESS]. For anything in this policy, write to support@zenmeet.app.

What we hold

What people type into a link

The meeting name, each participant’s chosen display name, and the times each of them marked as free. This is the product; without it there is nothing to show anyone.

All of it is free text that you and your participants choose. Anyone holding the link can see it, so please do not put anything sensitive in a meeting or participant name — it is a label for a calendar, not a private field.

What is created automatically

What stays on your own device

We store two things in your browser’s local storage: the name you last used in a given link, so you are not asked twice, and your display preference. Neither is sent to us except as part of the availability you mark. Clearing your browser data removes both.

We use no advertising or analytics cookies. If that ever changes, this page changes first and we will ask before setting anything that needs consent.

If you pay

Payments are handled by Stripe, who processes your card details directly and is also the seller of record for Pro. We never see or store your full card number. We receive only what we need to recognise a paid link and to meet tax and accounting rules: your email address, your country, the last four digits of your card and the amount paid.

If you connect Google Calendar

Connecting your calendar is optional and off unless you ask for it. When connected, we read only whether you are busy or free in the period being scheduled, in order to fill in your availability. We do not read or store event titles, guests, locations or notes, and we never write to your calendar without you asking. You can disconnect at any time, from your account settings, which deletes the connection and the availability it filled in.

Who else handles it

We keep this list short on purpose.

Each of them acts on our instructions and may not use your data for their own purposes. Where data leaves the European Economic Area or the UK, it is transferred under the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses and the UK Addendum to them.

How long we keep it

Your rights

You can ask us for a copy of what we hold about you, to correct it, to delete it, or to object to how we use it. Because links carry no accounts, we may need you to tell us which link you mean and demonstrate that it is yours. Write to support@zenmeet.app and we will answer within 30 days. If we get it wrong, you can complain to your local data protection authority — in the UK, the Information Commissioner’s Office.

Children

ZenMeet is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their data. A coach or teacher scheduling with minors should use names that do not identify them.

Changes

If we change this policy we will update the date at the top. If a change matters — new data, a new recipient, a new purpose — we will say so on the site before it takes effect.
