ZenMeet ZenMeet

Terms

Last updated 22 August 2026.

The short version. Anyone holding one of your links can see and change what is on it — treat a link like a key. Free stays free. Pro is $15 every six months, or $39 once, and you can have all of it back within 7 days if it does not suit you.

Who you are agreeing with

These terms are between you and WiseGroup Digital LLC, [REGISTERED ADDRESS] (“we”, “us”). Using ZenMeet means accepting them.

What the service does

ZenMeet gives you a link to a shared calendar. You send it to people, they mark when they are free, and the calendar shades the times that suit the most of you. That is the whole product.

Links, and who can see them

There are no accounts, so the link is the access. Everyone holding it can see the meeting, see who has marked what, and mark times themselves. That is what makes it easy to join and it is also its limit: send it to the people you mean to, and if a link gets out, make a new one.

You are responsible for what you and your participants put on a link. Do not use ZenMeet to harass anyone, to break the law, to hold anyone else’s personal data without a reason to, or to attack the service or work around its limits.

Free

Free covers up to 10 participants per link and scheduling up to 7 days ahead, with no card and no sign-up. It is a real product, not a trial, and we do not intend to change that.

A free link goes dormant once nobody has opened or changed it for 2 days. Dormant means it stops accepting changes — nothing on it is deleted, and everyone can still open it and read what was marked. Going Pro brings it back immediately, with everything still on it. We keep a dormant link for 12 months, and delete it after that.

Pro

Pro is one product with two ways to pay for it:

Both give the same thing: no participant limit, links that never pause, scheduling any distance ahead, Google Calendar integration, voting, admin controls and attendance confirmations.

Prices are in USD and include any sales tax or VAT. The price you see is the price you pay, wherever you are; nothing is added at the checkout.

Who you are buying from

Stripe is the seller of record for Pro. That means Stripe sells the licence to you, handles the payment and the tax, and issues your receipt. Everything about how ZenMeet itself works — this agreement, your data, and the service — remains between you and WiseGroup Digital LLC, and the refund promise below is ours to keep whoever processes it.

What “Lifetime” means

It means the life of the product, not of the buyer: for as long as we operate ZenMeet, a lifetime licence keeps its Pro features at no further charge, with nothing further to pay and nothing to renew.

Nobody can promise to run a service forever, so here is exactly what happens if we stop.

That window is deliberately longer than a lifetime licence takes to pay for itself against the pass. We would rather write the number down now than be asked for it later.

If ZenMeet changes hands — sold, merged or otherwise transferred — your licence goes with it on these same terms. A new owner takes on this promise or it is not a sale we will make.

Renewing and cancelling

The 6-month pass renews automatically so your links do not stop working mid-season. Cancel whenever you like, from the billing portal linked from your receipt; you keep Pro until the end of the period you have paid for, and are not charged again. We will email you 7 days before each renewal.

Refunds

Within 7 days of any payment, ask and we will refund it in full — no questions, no conditions, whether it is a pass or a lifetime licence. Write to support@zenmeet.app. We return it by the way you paid, normally within 5 working days. After that a pass is not refunded for the period already begun, and you can still cancel the next one. None of this affects rights you have by law.

When Pro ends, your links stay and keep working — they simply return to the free limits. Nothing is deleted because you stopped paying.

What we do not promise

We work to keep ZenMeet available and correct, but we do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free, and it is provided as it is. It is a scheduling aid, not a system of record. Confirm anything that matters — a lesson, a rehearsal, a flight — with the people involved.

Except where the law does not allow it to be limited, our total liability to you for any claim is capped at what you paid us in the 12 months before it arose, and we are not liable for lost profits, lost opportunities or missed appointments.

Suspending or closing an account

We may suspend or remove a link that breaks these terms, that is being used to harm someone, or that threatens the service. Where we can, we will tell you first and give you a chance to put it right. If we remove a paid link for a reason that is not your fault, we refund it.

Changes

We may change these terms or the service. For a change that materially reduces what you get, we will give 30 days’ notice, and you may cancel and take a pro-rata refund of anything you have paid for and not used. Prices already paid do not change: a renewal price change applies from the following period, announced in advance.

Law

These terms are governed by the law of the State of Wyoming, USA, and disputes go to the courts of the State of Wyoming, USA. If you are a consumer, you keep the protections of your own country’s law.
